Will, originally from Nebraska, served 16 years in the Army. He excelled as an Army Recruiter, Station Commander and Field First Sergeant in multiple locations throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and ultimately North Texas. After retiring from the Army as a Sergeant First Class in 2016, Will, and his wife, Anna, launched their careers in real estate. It is then that The Great Home Team was founded. Will & Anna have grown the team to be amongst the top 1% of real estate teams in the State of Texas.
Owning a real estate company has provided the opportunity for Will to continue serving the Veteran Community. Will specializes in helping Veterans build their wealth through real estate and financial education. Helping first time home buyers and educating Veterans on the VA loan benefit is his passion. Will also coaches his fellow Realtors on how to not only have a successful career in real estate, but to also take their business to the next level.
Will is currently serving as manager and partner for the Local Realty Agency - McKinney office, and is also co-owner and Team Leader of The Great Home Team. He is proud to have served as Past President of the North Texas Pioneers Rotary Club in Plano, TX, and served in many leadership roles within the real estate community over the years.
He holds two MBAs in Criminal Justice and Human Resources. He’s a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified, and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).
He's a preferred referral partner with Helping Heroes PCS (HHPCS) and is also a referral partner with Veterans United. Will and Anna support multiple local nonprofits, as well as many that also support the Veteran community.
Will enjoys the outdoors, hiking, hunting and camping. He and his wife are blessed with four children and two dogs.
About Anna
Anna has spent her real estate career excelling in the competitive landscape of the Dallas and Fort Worth real estate market. Anna has accomplished this by establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. She began her career in property management in 2006, and by 2016, teamed up with her husband, Will. They drew on their extensive experience in customer service to create their vision of a top producing, client-centric real estate company called The Great Home Team. They both bring a unique skill set to the team, and are committed to building a business that serves the community and supports the Team’s Mission. Her business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. As a Texas native, she has intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make her home, your home. She's a Military Relocation Professional, a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, is certified in New Construction and Short Sales and Foreclosures. Anna also has experience in Home Staging, First Time Homebuyers, Relocations, Probate, and Divorce sales. About Ryan
After a successful career in the United States Army, Ryan proudly calls DFW home. For his last 10 years of service, Ryan was dedicated to recruiting and sourcing personnel for military service. Much of this time was spent serving as the Office Manager for various Army Recruiting locations. It is during this period of time when Ryan developed a passion for serving others and helping them achieve their dreams and goals. Upon retiring from the Army, he has been able to continue this passion by helping people with their real estate needs.

About Samantha
Born and raised in North Dallas, Samantha knows DFW like the back of her hand. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and has over 20 years of customer and community service, which includes her passion for teaching survival swim lessons to young children.
With first hand relocation experience, she is well aware of what it means to completely uproot your life and make big changes. On a giant leap of faith, her family relocated to Hawaii for a few years, only to return back to the state they love, Texas.
The purchase of her first home fired her fascination with real estate. She quickly became determined to help others benefit from being represented in buying and selling homes.

Stephanie Avila
Stephanie, originally from sunny SoCal, relocated to DFW in 2021. Since then, she has made Texas her home. Having traveled all around the Metroplex for her previous profession, Stephanie has a vast understanding of the various vibes that each area of DFW brings.
One of her passions is helping people, and giving back to her community. Her career in real estate provides this opportunity.
